How does Soniver work?
Soniver analyzes 1:1 meetings between managers and employees. The conversation is transcribed automatically, analyzed, and turned into concrete insights and coaching feedback based on how you actually lead.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Security and privacy are top priorities. We do not store audio recordings, and transcripts are only stored for a limited period for analysis purposes.
Can I try Soniver for free?
Yes. We currently run a closed beta that is free. After beta, we will offer a free trial period for new users.
What kind of features does Soniver offer?
Soniver gives insights such as talk-time balance, critical moments in the conversation, how they were handled, and what could have been done differently. You get scoring across four transformational leadership themes, lists of tasks and agreements, summaries of strengths, and general coaching feedback. In addition, you can choose to run a separate analysis that assesses conversation content against the Norwegian Working Environment Act.
Do you store the recording of the conversation?
No. We do not store audio recordings. Full transcripts are stored temporarily for analysis and deleted after the analysis is completed.
What languages are supported?
Soniver currently only supports Norwegian, but we have plans to expand to more languages.
